About this Author

I’ve heard that you can have your body turned into a book upon death. Until then I’m trying my best to metamorphose into a literary form.

I majored in Creative Writing at Knox College, and I have a certificate from the Denver Publishing Institute. I have been working in publishing ever since.

As a freelancer, I’ve designed book covers, book interiors, and marketing materials. I’ve handled text in every phase: writing, project editing, copy editing, proofreading, composition, and e-book building.

I’m living my dream, working at Penguin Random House in NYC. As Associate Manager of Digital Workflow, I help design and test the tools that make editing and production more efficient. I love that my work means that editors can focus more on the content and quality. In turbulent industry, I hope to make the most of technology, to help as many authors put as many books as possible into the world.

When I have fears that I may cease to be
Before my pen has glean’d my teeming brain,
Before high-piled books, in charact’ry,
Hold like rich garners the full-ripen’d grain;

– John Keats

I’ve written four fiction books as a ghostwriter. (But I can’t tell you about them, sorry.) I’ve finally published my debut novella, but I’m working on an urban fantasy novel featuring star-crossed romance and mutated werewolves. The alpha hero has to conquer prejudice, defy his pack, and go back on bitter promises to be with his fated mate. The world is run by wolf-born werewolves, but the heroine was attacked as a human girl and turned. She’s more dangerous than the average wolf and lives in fear that she’ll go feral and hurt innocent people.

His Huntress

Released in May 2017

His Huntress, published by Evernight Publishing, is a werewolf romance featuring a rugged independent heroine who challenges the self-control of an ambitious alpha.

Dusty is blackmailed into posing as the bride-to-be for the ceremonial hunt before the wedding. Dusty and Joss meet as wolves, and realize they’re fated mates, but he doesn’t know she’s not a pretty, pampered werewolf princess.
